i read in a horoscope book the other day that geminis have weird appetites. they'll stick to a dish for a period of time like it's their favorite food ever and then swap to a completely different dish unrelated whatsoever to the previous one. right now, my stick-to-dish is hotcakes! i remember this period of time when i was sooooo into broccoli and fish egg curry. was at a friend's house when i decided i didnt like it anymore cos i met a new 'dish': vomitella ala broccoli y fish egg curry. gagaga. 

went to speech day at coral today. mr wong cut his hair. so cute. hahah. i'm going back to teach the percussion section next friday. honestly, i have no idea how and where to start. :S

was in the hall when i received a msg from hansley that read: eh kuku, coming speech day today? hahaha. funny boy. =) band did better than expected. photography club girl took a pic of me and zul posing with hansley's back and bag. -_-

met sabrina at whitesands and bought a belated bdae cake for faayiz. i went from contemplating among hello kitty, sesame street, thomas and friends and winx club cakes to getting him a swensen's ice cream cake all thanks to hansley. i dnt know if that was a compliment or not, u tell me. haha. went to nenek's house by bus. sabby and i had our bags frozen thanks to the cake. there was actually ICE on our bags when we lifted the cake up. 

spent about 5 hours at nenek's house eating yummy yummy food and yummy yummy cake and sleeping after being well fed. haha. faayiz tried to have a conversation with me and sabby as i nodded off on the couch. that was a nice nice sleep especially after eating nenek's food. faayiz's way of being grateful to getting a surprise swensen's ice cream cake is by asking his mum to pay me back. hahaha. sabrina suggested that i throw a huge grand surprise party for him and see what i get. lol. anyhoo. went off at around 6.30 and met fairul at bedok interchange then we headed to BAND at siglap cc i think.. zzzz. i suck quite a lot leh. haha. need to practice more. but it went quite ok, i thought. at least until fairul told me that i sucked. haha. but i sight read drumset scores PLUS fill-ins which i've never done before. and THEN i played the timpani. also sight reading. and THEN GLOCKENSPIEL. at least i got to like 8 bars or something until i stopped cos i couldnt sight read that fast for notes. :S ladidadida. i was the only percussionist. i sort of like it that way cos it's kinda fun deciding which part to play and which part not to. haha. i remember band camp in coral when MJ was too lazy to go and i played snare and tambourine and bass all in one song. FUN. lalala. the conductor hopes i'll come back. i hope he meant it. haha. and we're performing in june and we're having a concert in august. seriously, i had no idea playing in concerts and performing in bands would be this easy. all thanks to fairul. haha. ok. this is a really boring post. terrah.
